Every engagement begins with a private consultation. You share a few details through our intake form about the procedure you're considering and what you're navigating. A member of our team reviews your inquiry and responds personally, in confidence, within 3-5 business days with next steps, a personalized quote, and space for your questions.
Gold Concierge ($500) covers everything in Silver plus flight assistance, airport transportation, and daily concierge support — hands-on logistics through your surgery and recovery. Platinum Concierge ($750) is our white-glove tier: everything in Gold, plus a private driver, VIP airport service, grocery stocking, pharmacy runs, a recovery essentials package, priority concierge support, and family updates throughout your stay.
All tiers begin with your consultation, surgery scheduling with a vetted surgeon from our network, and basic travel planning. Gold and Platinum layer additional coordination and on-the-ground support on top of that foundation.
No. The prices listed are Lluxe's service charges only. Actual costs of services rendered — flights, private driver, pharmacy, groceries, accommodations, and the surgical procedure itself — are billed separately and remain the client's responsibility.
